Estimated delivery from order placement is 10–23 business days with Free Shipping, or 8–11 business days with Premium Shipping where available at checkout. The displayed windows include processing and transit; do not add another processing period. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We use third-party suppliers and multiple supplier warehouses in China, so items may arrive separately. These are broad estimates, not guaranteed dates; customs or carrier disruptions may cause delays. Tracking is provided after dispatch when available. See our Shipping Policy for details.
After dispatch, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. We do not require a physical return, return postage or product destruction. There are no restocking fees. Direct exchanges are not offered; you may place a separate new order. See our Return and Refund Policy for the request process and refund timing. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
