How Can We Help?
Find quick answers about orders, delivery, returns, sizing and our collections.
Estimated delivery from order placement is 10–23 business days with Free Shipping, or 8–11 business days with Premium Shipping where available at checkout. The displayed windows include processing and transit; do not add another processing period. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We use third-party suppliers and multiple supplier warehouses in China, so items may arrive separately. These are broad estimates, not guaranteed dates; customs or carrier disruptions may cause delays. Tracking is provided after dispatch when available. See our Shipping Policy for details.
After dispatch, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking may take several business days to show movement, and some international services provide limited scans between carriers. If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact contact@shopbruce.com with your order number. See our Shipping Policy for details.
You may request an eligible refund within 14 calendar days after delivery by contacting contact@shopbruce.com. No reason is required for withdrawal. We do not require a physical return, return postage or product destruction. There are no restocking fees. Direct exchanges are not offered; you may place a separate new order. See our Return and Refund Policy for the request process and refund timing. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Email contact@shopbruce.com with your order number and the items concerned within 14 calendar days after delivery. No reason is required. We waive physical return for eligible refunds and do not require destruction of the product. Refunds are issued without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after a valid withdrawal notice; your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. See our Return and Refund Policy.
Check the size options and any measurements provided on the product page. Compare measurements with an item you already own. If measurements are missing or you are unsure which size to choose, contact contact@shopbruce.com before ordering.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability may vary depending on your country, currency and device.
Orders are processed quickly. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
